After concluding over 20 years of self-employement, with his family's farm, in Lamar County, Mark began his funeral career with Bright-Holland Funeral Home in April of 1996. Beginning as a Family Service Counselor, he is now a licensed Funeral Director and Assistant Facility Manager. He and his wife Rhonda, who is a Registered Nurse at Titus Regional Medical Center, reside in Paris, Texas.

Ben Holland began his funeral service career in May of 1978. A Lamar County native, he graduated from Prairiland High School, Paris Junior College and Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. The son of Ben and Dorothy Holland of Taylortown, Ben has two sisters, Melody Holland Horton and Benette Holland Russell. He is a member of First Christian Church of Paris and The Rotary Club of Paris.
